How long does a phone screen replacement take?
About an hour for most models, done on site while you carry on with your day. We bring the parts to you, so there's no dropping the phone off and waiting for a call.
Will I lose my photos or data?
Screen, battery, port and camera repairs usually don't require erasing your storage. Back up your files before repair when possible. Liquid damage and inaccessible data need assessment; recovery is never guaranteed. Repair diagnostics are $50, credited toward repair. Data recovery is a separate service: $100 diagnostic — credited toward recovery.
Do you use genuine parts?
You choose. We quote OEM and aftermarket screens separately so you can see the difference in price, and both carry the same 90-day warranty on the work.
Is it worth repairing an older phone?
Often, yes — a battery or screen costs a fraction of a replacement handset. If it isn't worth it we'll say so; the diagnostic is $50 either way (credited toward the repair if you go ahead), and we'd rather tell you than sell you a repair you'll regret.
My model isn't in your price list. Can you still fix it?
Almost certainly. The list covers the models we're asked for most, not everything we repair — book anyway and type in what you have, and we'll confirm the price before any work starts.
