Controller repair.
Start with the fault.

Drifting sticks, stuck buttons or a controller that will not charge? Tell us the exact PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo controller and the symptoms. We’ll discuss an assessment and confirm the repair quote before work starts.

No payment is taken by the inquiry form.

Recognize the problem

Tell us what interrupts your game

The controller model and symptom help determine whether repair makes sense compared with replacement.

Stick drift

Movement appears when you are not touching the stick. Tell us which stick drifts and whether calibration or changing the deadzone helped.

Buttons or triggers

A button sticks, misses inputs or responds inconsistently. Mention any impact, spill or previous attempt to repair it.

Charging or connection

Describe whether it powers on, works with a cable, charges intermittently or disconnects. Include the cable checks you have already tried.

Find the cause

Assess before replacing parts

A recurring hardware fault needs a different plan from a calibration or cable problem. We confirm that plan with you.

  1. Identify the controller

Include the model name or number, not just the console name. Note whether it is a standard, premium or third-party controller.

  2. Describe both sticks and buttons

Tell us which controls are affected and whether the symptom changes between games. Include any spill or earlier work.

  3. Compare the quote with replacement

$50 repair diagnostics — credited toward your repair. The repair cost depends on the controller and fault. Approve the quote only after the assessment explains what work is needed.

Before you decide

Assessment and repair quote

Controller repair is quoted after assessment. The $50 diagnostic is credited toward repair; it is not a fixed stick-module or controller replacement price. Ask us about the exact model before arranging intake.

Controller repair questions

Good to know

Do you repair PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo controllers?

Controller and Joy-Con work is part of our existing console repair service. Tell us the exact controller model and fault so support, parts and repair arrangements can be confirmed.

Does recalibration fix stick drift?

Calibration may help with some symptoms, but it does not replace a worn stick module. Describe what changed after calibration so we can assess the appropriate work.

How much does controller repair cost?

We confirm a model-specific quote after assessment. The $50 diagnostic is credited toward repair. Compare that quote with replacement cost for your particular controller.

Is controller repair covered by a warranty?

90-day warranty on repairs (physical and liquid damage excluded).

Can I mail a controller to you?

Nationwide mail-in is available. Contact us with the model and symptoms first to confirm intake and shipping instructions. The mailing address is not a walk-in location.
